I don't think there would be any way for North Korea to hear it. They don't have TV, and I don't know about radio. Only a few places have electricity. And no place has electricity all night.

The higher ups in North Korea have it good compared to the common person. And they have the military on their side. The common person has no weapons or power to overpower those above them.

But nonetheless, they all live in fear of their leader.
