The agreement between MCET & OXIS was made in 2015 that was true, but according to the information from MCET the agreement has been canceled because OXIS could not pay the amount of money promised to pay MCET.But if there is an other agreement after 2015 we may need a proof of that so that we can avoid the confusion otherwise it will remain as a simple misinformation.

Will MCET have a license agreement then with any acquiring company of OXIS ?

OXIS is flying. MCET stayed put.
