Since the preferred shares were adjusted I see no major issues regarding a R/S, if and when it's needed for uplisting or for a major financing.

Without the adjustment common shares would have lost a massive share of equity.

I'm now bullish on TRTC now that it's been resolved for the common shareholders favor. I always liked BLUM, and now I can like TRTC as an investment again.

DP did the right thing for us common folk.
