Agreed re Mendola, and also any other future investors. No one would invest big money in a small start-up with control held by two guys that may or may not make great decisions. The Board is now much stronger, and that is the way it should be.
It is comical to see the small traders knocking this stock around for 600 shares or 350 shares. They will continue to try to trade it I am sure.
Next week is going to be very interesting. Things are heating up. 8K should come out indicating the completion of the deal, and then the other things that need to be done to list. Look at the conditions. We have 60 days to get up on the NasDaq from the completion of the $3 million. YES!!
Pressure is on boyz! moving forward. I think it took Bill LaMacchia (Mark TRavel owner) to make this finally happen. Note, he owns a pot load of MKGI.
