Right, but mechanically, the only way for DOLV to reach owners who hold shares in street name is through their brokers.

I'm not sure but I got a reply from RO with a PDF of the letter and it sounds like only people who had actual certificates in their name will get the letter in the mail.

Yes from what I understand my shares are held at etrade but on record in my name as the beneficial owner
