The disputed amounts are really quite trivial. Monaker is just being idiotic in not agreeing to a settlement.

Once it's resolved, the stock will increase 5-10x very quickly. As for the reverse split, it needs to be done to uplist to Nasdaq or preferably, the NYSE.
