This is exactly the same problem. I reside in Canada and having problems selling this via TD Waterhouse since there is a cease trade order on the company since 2014. I cannot even transfer the shares. I have quite a substantial amount in this stock and looking for an option to buy/sell. Anyone with suggestions would help!
