Read between the lines here...very good info to be found in this PR:

He sold Assurant in Brazil. So, he's got ads now running in Brazil. The mention of those other countries coupled with the fact that he said this in a previous PR:

“This is a big deal for us as we partner with Assurant which will be expanding into Chile Peru and Columbia within the next year

This is a lock as far as I can see. BIG things happening here. ONCI will be all over South America with their distracted driving app.

I'm glad I grabbed some more shares below 30 before news hit. It's mind-boggling that ONCI still trading at these ridiculously cheap levels. Should be trading closer to a penny by now. Stupid flippers!
