I did post a link. I quoted directly from filing 651? Are you asserting that filing 651 doesn't say what I said it says?
Filing 665 says that the "Motion for Sanctions, Adverse Inference and Final Judgment Against Impleader Defendant QEDN [Dated June 6, 2017]" was noticed for hearing on August 8, 2017.
I haven't seen a ruling on that Motion. Maybe a ruling will be entered soon. Maybe it was denied and maybe a Final Judgment against QEDN will be entered soon.
I am surprised you seem to be claiming that Lattuca didn't ask for a $187k (approx.) Judgment against QEDN.
If you look at the Court Notes from the August 8 hearing filing 668 it says there was a Court Reporter at the hearing. It lists her name. Maybe you can call her and get a copy of the transcript and you will know exactly what happened at the August 8 hearing.
