Remember the scene in "The Secret of My Success" near the end when "Howard" and "Don" (Fred Gwynne) talking about their upcoming merger and positions (albit in the movie they were senior positions being asked about)...Most of them will have to go. But a few of them, like yourselves, that have been so helpful......are free to stay as long as you want.

IF all goes according to plan after the vote, there salaries will no longer be a part of the equation...if you know what I mean.

If these jerks had any foresight, this would have been announced the day after Sunrise stoppage, along with massive BOD compensation reductions in salary.

This announcement is merely management rearranging the deck chairs on their sinking titanic in a half baked attempt to show fiscal responsibility.
