He has been. He recently MASSIVELY DILUTED authorized shares from 10 BILLION to 15 BILLION shares. Now he communicated with a shareholder on this board about instituting a REVERSE SPLIT. And shareholders are trapped at .0001.

And NOHO has ABSOLUTELY NO REVENUE.

None of this is good for shareholders. Chances are they will lose the vast majority of their equity.
