Thank you Spidey for taking the time to write that informative post. Truly appreciated. Unfortunately some things can't be dumbed down enough. I will look at your synopsis a little better when I have time. But your point about the vehicle groups in table 2 is truly remarkable. How are all the vehicle groups recovering with all the different counts? Looking at all the graphs, not much difference between control and treated. Very strange and certainly casts a shadow on this data. Unless someone can explain further.

Great analysis Spidey!! You obviously have a history in healthcare and your experience is greatly appreciated. Your analysis of the blood system improvements (or lack thereof), when compared to PLX seems to be "apples to apples".

And to me, that part of the study, and injections post exposure, reveals weakness in the study and an obvious difference in favor of PLX.

BARDA should be able to see these differences.

I will also say great analysis by Spidey. There were definitely some odd things about CBLI's product. Why did the vehicle animals recover? Why is hardly any data shared about the 48 hour mark? What they did show was not very good, less than 70%. Spidey's contribution of the levels of the three blood lineages was great. CBLI shows statistical significance but not anything meaningful in reality. They still have an advantage of needing only one administration, and I think CBLI will have a future contract as well as PSTI. Their product has real-world applications, but so does ours, and R18 has great results even at 48 hours, which is when more of the masses would likely be receiving their injections rather than 25 hours post radiation. The blood lineage analysis by Spidey was a treasure. PSTI is superior in that regard. Wish we knew the cost of treatment as well as the answers to a few questions. Regardless, I think there is room for both of us. Now if we can get as good of analysis of the treatments from the other 4 companies as provided by Jackie, then we could really analyze our chances of a contract. GLTA!
