If one considers a corporate SS of 100 million

And 87% company owned ...

One would have to consider and factor 13% of control shares are up for grabs in the work through to 100 million

Let say 450,000,000 are up for grabs with a par value of $1

So then let's say 1 share = 35 control shares in the corporate Holding Company

That is $35 per share base value...in the Corporate

Going to depend on the par value I believe
