You don't know that and have no real evidence to base that on. On the other hand, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that they are moving forward and aren't disappearing.
Why on earth would they make an effort to get filings up to date and become current if they weren't going to reregister? Doesn't make any sense at all.
A company that is not planning to be registered with the SEC doesn't put in to reinstate with the nevada SOS and put out PR's about getting current with financials.
