There's no way you have level 2 and that's the conclusion you came too. Unless you cant read level 2 and your just wasting your money lol. Again, according to your "theory" FILM gave us a 2 to 3000% discount if they sold all of the 2.5 bil shares...keep in mind as well, the recent TA inquiry has the OS at 2.3 bil, meaning you're whole story or "theory" is faulty anyways.
