Well, I think the August 7th PR you're referring to, which I previously also posted, is just a restatement of old news (i.e. closing expected before the 10th). I think it was actually originally put out in an older PR. Can someone check this?
And, imo, you don't need to read too much into it even if they went from an expected closing in 3 days to a now-expected closing in 3 weeks. It may be something as innocent as Steve being required to send audited financials rather than unaudited financials and this wasn't realized until accountants were doing their review. I think they postponed to end of August in order to allow themselves an appropriate buffer this time. IMO, we close before that date by at least a few days.
