As he has said he doesn't want a R/S. I hope to see a buyback of shares and then see them retired. This will be a better path toward NASDAQ for us shareholders

If he did one for the purpose of getting us on Nasdaq I wouldn't mind a bit.

When you talk about upgrade you mean a forward split in the future to uplist till NASDAQ. When the pps go to .05 and Tom saying we going sooner to nasdaq than you think with a FS,ok it's for shareholders a good think,reducing shares and changing pps from $.05 to $5 on NASDAQ.
