Well I was trying to be funny about the Insurance Co. joke, but I butchered it with Allstate instead of State Farm. But the rep's name really was Jake, and he really did say he was wearing khakis.

But yes, the 10th is today. Which tells me it's imminent (as in within the next couple of days). DTC has notified ETRADE with the 10 AUG date for effective change, and they are normally accurate to within a couple of business days. That's was Jake told me.
