Hello Clutch, Apart from 80% owned by CEO's family, Longs and all the big groups together have more than 400 million shares. Several groups are still loading cheap shares. Outside float could be just 100 million or even less. Float lock is real here at EFLN. We all are in OW$CP from 0.0040 and stayed till 2.5$(it touched 3.2$). Our friends are now in US$RM and EFLN after OW$CP. Those 100 million is going to be acquired soon and it goes to 5 and then 20 cents easily.
