My understanding is that some folks see patterns in the short interest data they believe irrefutably prove The CABAL are manipulating things downard.

I don't understand it, but that's my understanding.

I see exactly the opposite situation. A company with no chance of revenue for years, if ever, run by a torporous inept and crooked clown, with less than a year's worth of money left. After blowing 13yrs and running up a $75M deficit while failing to take the first baby steps into clinical testing. This stock would be overvalued if it was trading at 1/20th the current PPS.
