Absolutely correct, and I think that further proves my point. Why go thru the process of getting better tax incentives, and more personal protection if you didn't intend on become a publicly traded company? Further, why transfer over to the same state that the shell your merging into is in, if you don't intend on merging?
I know the delay sucks, but OMVS/RAD is surrounding by positive progress and news.
