A very valid counter opinion based on past facts. However as in all venture capital, there are times to be in and times to be out. We shall see if TRTC let's the common shareholders share in any spoils, amending the preferred terms appears to be a start. As always it's a risky play.

TRTC is a financing shell that has no other particular skill, everything is and will be outsourced to over-charging third parties.

Net profit won't come any time soon
