it makes so much sense, that's exactly why mr stubborn would never make something like that.
they can just put out a PR saying we are currently evaluating all the possible options to protect our shareholders...
but they have to act quickly; likely they didn't have a plan B (if AdComm rejects, then...) which once again stresses the incompetence of Odidi running a business.
