bummer! Hey, it's stock trading. But on another note. I'm no securities lawyer, and I'm sure it's legal, BUT how can a company make a stock offering at a SPECIFIC price ($15) after the stock has traded over $19? Make no sense to me. I know they need cash but $15? Why not price it over $19?

Does this mean EVERY one of those shares offered HAVE to be at $15? Sounds fishy.
