It was debt they took on from prior management that they are getting rid of 350 thousand of debt is nothing for an otc company and paying it off Probably not even that after today and if the price goes up its less shares Thats why golden state is keeping the price down for they get more shares but can't own more than 9.9999 percent of the company Thats why the selling If they find someone to pay them off we could be at 5 to 10 cents easily on the news $$$$$$$$
