So...the fact that TOPS has about $3mil of those derivatives left, I'm betting you're still convinced they have 1 more RS left, yes?

Two things to consider before you answer that:

1- you'd need share price to go below $1 on Monday and

2- why the heck do you think they just did a 30:1 when they only had under $10mil left?

No new RS coming here bro. The markets have been accumulating shares all week. Just check the volume. Every day this week it doubled! Hint. Hint. ;-)
