Any link to source you're looking at? I just find it interesting the Altor buyout was through NantCell as well and now we are also dealing with NantCell.
He might be using NantCell to absorb some of these bio startups. 2015 NantCell also invested 17 million in Etubics. After Altor transaction Altor would be part of NantCell.
Then SOON should be filing SOON. I know it had to equal at least 5% and he can't hold more than 14% of CYTR per their agreement. And CYTR was to use $5M of that first purchase to pay down the Hercules loan per the 10-K. Things sure do get complicated at times. Will see where we're at this time tomorrow.
