With the right CEO a shell like SPRV could change the model of healthcare simply in part because it is a shell.
Too bad there is no vision brought forward by this company.
TAGG would be a sound forum for a change in the market for healthcare. The ACA is more of a farce then the shell established by SPRV.
If they could only learn to listen.
