Berstein ..actually you are way off on MYOK.

Whats fascinating is the speed of response ....." In eight of the 10 subjects the post exercise peak LVOT gradient was reduced below the diagnostic threshold for oHCM ".....after only 12 wks of treatment .

Clinically meaningful improvement was seen as early as in 2 weeks of treatment in some.

This is huge IMHO . May not be as good in P 3 with larger numbers but nevertheless its a great start.

They will almost certainly apply for Fast track , possibly Break Thru FDA status. Trials will be short ..say 6 mths with rolling data submitted and starting EOY.
