So they are turning their 20M shares into 50M shares and increasing the pps by 6 fold of wherever it ends up just before the rs...it looks like...

I think they do the RS just to keep the SS somehow low. Gonna be interesting how they wanna uplist if ever, first they would need a market cap of 200 million if they go for the 4 bucks requirement and second if the new shares are restricted their public float is way too low after the RS to do an uplisting IMO. Either way no chance.
