Perfect example beer. Its the reason T-Mobile has questions and the judge wants all the details spelled out by the 20th of September. Enough passing the debtor around like a hot potato.
The judge is asking for clarity at which time she will determine if this case is even warranted. UMS, Lee and Levy have a big weight on their shoulders. I don't think they are ready to just write off the last two years and call it done.
Its my opinion but it wouldn't make sense to me for them to do that.
Great example beer. I can definitely agree with you on that... the shareholders are in the dark guessing what the truth is with limited info. From my experience playing these OTC stocks, the majority of them are non transparent which is the main reason why I don't hold these type of stocks for any length of time. Caveat Emptor. GLTA.
