I don't see it as they bailed out, read carefully, it was up to 5 mil and I personally think it was a stand-by loan if USRM needed it.

Yep, its just pumps and schemes. They make announcements right before or after Quarterly's so they don't have to touch up on it til the next Quarter. And by that time the price is already diluted/where they want it

Why would they announce that ? lol And they always had the option to "bail out". I'm focused on the positives here as are others.
