and along with those impressive ratios...

Gross Margins increased from 16% to 19% overall

Edible Gardens Margins increased from 6% to 25%

Shareholder Equity increased from 52.1m to 68.2m

Debt was reduced by 5m with an additional reduction of 1.5m post quarter

Not a bad report overall, a definite step in the right direction.

Margins are up, Shareholder Equity is up, Debt is down (way down) and Business is BOOMING...

More DD from Accountant's view:

Revenue: 7.8 million
COGS: 6.3 Million



Gross Profit: $1.5 million
Operating Expenses: 6 Million


A. Gross Margin is terrible here!

B. Even if the margin made a MASSIVE 180 turn and became healthy, then they'd still have big league losses when their operating expenses are 75% of their revenue!

C. And revenue is declining when looking at the latest Quarter & comparing it to the same 3 months of 2016. By over 1.75 million down!

D. Would of actually made money if they would of just shut down and not have operations expense&COGS last Quarter.
