It's part of the cleaning up process. Once DOLV comes out on the other side with new ticker, it will be squeaky clean.

The only reason I can think of for going back this far is that doing so may provide a clear history of actual stock issuance which would put DOLV on firmer footing in the lawsuit related to bogus shares.
