Hey $NC$, hope all is well with you & your trading. That's true, when looking at the Price Per Share from a yearly perspective, it has indeed increased in value; however, in the past several weeks the PPS is not performing as it SHOULD, especially with the truly OUTSTANDING current news/ events that's been happening w/ GRCO.
