In addition they have let the license lapse for more than 30 days correct? They have huge amount of TOXIC DEBT correct? They do not have audited financials correct? The company has been no-bid status 3 or 4 weeks now correct? They have never ever been profitable correct? They have no assets, correct? We can agree on these items correct?
