Agree--official investigations are rare but they do occasionally happen. In fact, Stervc revealed that BLDV very nearly had an SEC convicted criminal CEO --Thomas Parilla of the permanently revoked FORTITUDE [FRTD] MJ scam. BLDV "consultant" Ken Teknus proposed him before settling on crony Cleve Tsai and eventually Alper. Just Google "SEC Fortitude Parilla marijuana" for a few dozen hits like this enforcement action from the SEC-->
