A halt will not happen for Non-Reporting of the company is active filing forms. They are only considered late reporting. Non-reporting comes when the Fake gangs of thugs start sending stocks up that have not filed or taken control of their shell company for years. Those are halted for more information and if not answered they get the death nail.
