I don't want to publicly accuse K of anything. I am simply doing DD and presenting what I found and my opinions.
Naturally, all shareholders will be the judge as they also find out the same information. This is important for my decisions whether or not to buy a big chunk and whether or not to hold as well as when might be a good time to do so.
As far as I am concerned, a cheap buyout is fine with me. I would feel sorry for the long time holders but, that's another thing not up to me.
My objective is to see if we can arrive at a 4$ buyout. And, whether or not K ended up out the door and the company shows new leadership. I might invest for the long haul based on science fundamentals and a more promising leadership.
Just trying to find out how best to treat this stock other than flipping up and downs.
