Don't ever attempt to put words in my mouth I never said ztrader. Whenever any Definitive Agreement gets terminated legal reasons must be cited...companies can't just claim that "negotiations" have ended.
Definitive Agreements have all kinds of legally binding terms built into them that both sides have to legally adhere to.
Those legally binding terms aren't called "negotiations" which raises real legal questions as to how CG's could put out the statement they did on FB...then quickly pull it down...and then proceed to send out the statement they did which cited no legal reasons for what terms were breached in the definitive agreement.
And if there was never any definitive agreement duly executed by CG's and UHLN in the 1st place as was put out by both companies in the 1st place...then both companies will be in legal jeopardy now!
