No, he needs to get the share price/market cap higher, so he can raise more $$ with less shares. There is no need for a restructuring of the share structure.... Even if the O/S is 1 billion, this company is worth less than $3 million right now. THIS is the problem imo, not the OS

If the OS is only 500 million, the cap is $1.5 million... I see SHELLS that trade for this much. lol
