That is exactly correct because without that enthusiasm, the CD holders have no one to sell their shares to!!!! I think the current CD holders are really getting frustrated that no one is buying the BS anymore and they will be stuck with the shares! They can convert them but if no one wants them, they can keep them! JMHO
