Since July 5th and the first big volume day had he been better at communicating this would be much higher.

They have a good story, but he or whoever is writing PR's and updating site can't communicate it effectively.

He noted in some posting that the floor is .002, so I think he must be anticipating or assuring that price range is hit. Ive said for a while, I think the majority of trades happening at this lower price are the MM/dealers who sold those shares for the debt holders on the run up, and now the MM's who went short during that last run are now closing out their shorts and probably entering into a long position for the next leg. I don't believe the majority of trades are retail.
