Once the pieces start falling into place the opportunity will again crystallize for shareholders and potential shareholders.

If a person is longer term here, then anything under 10 is a gift IMO. Yes, it's painful to buy at 05 and watch it drop to 03, but if a person is longer term for a valid reason, then they should just relax and manage their account appropriately.
