Yes, and the PPS did move. EVSV hit a new 52-week high during Q2. It just did not sustain because shares were dumped. In my opinion, there has been no dilution since end of March. So this is all manipulation right now.

Like I mentioned a few days ago, Q2 will reveal some pretty interesting facts and we should be getting news this week to confirm the 1-2 punch.
