Can you imagine have complete control over a town. Just how much money can be made at every angle imaginable...WOW! All the. Venders buying lots to set up businesses to paying American Green city tax on all revenue's..... To be able to grow all you want. Etc.etc.ect. I would love to own a couple of acres.
