You have to call then and get it added to your account maybe. I thought it was automatic. You should be able to trade pre-market starting at 7:00 AM EST using ARCA or NSDQ. I usualy use ARCA Pre-market. So far it hasn't worked out too well on this trade. I jumped too early at $16.60 but I didn't expect gold to drop back below $1263 but it did. I'm sure I'll be ok though. I have my sell point already in place.
