I think this might just be sloppy messaging. The intent here is to say there is a 15 to 1 reverse split that gives you 1 share of $CXKJ for every share of fka MLGT (temporarily MLGTD) held. This should be finalized August 9th-ish (?) which is 20 biz days after MLGTD ticker posted.

8k filed. Seems like there was/is an issue with FINRA. Doesn't look to me as they intend to go private. They wanna get back a trading symbol it appears.
