The A/S is 500M. The O/S at the time that was written was 450M (or 449,900,000 to be exact). The difference was 50M shares.

At say $0.001, which "the affiliate" would have been lucky to get, the 50M shares would have been worth $50K.

Now that this deal has fallen through or disappeared into thin air, SSOF has renegotiated so as to pay $450K. That's about TEN TIMES as much.

I think that difference requires some serious explaining.

Or perhaps this is getting ready for another pump and dump, so that its all good whatever the company says.

I agree that payment in equity versus an equal amount of cash makes little difference. But when the payment in cash is 10X the payment in equity, then the company needs to do some explaining.

For instance, who was "the affiliate"? Is there any evidence that there ever was a deal of the sort they described?
