The A/S is 500M. The O/S at the time that was written was 450M (or 449,900,000 to be exact). The difference was 50M shares.
At say $0.001, which "the affiliate" would have been lucky to get, the 50M shares would have been worth $50K.
Now that this deal has fallen through or disappeared into thin air, SSOF has renegotiated so as to pay $450K. That's about TEN TIMES as much.
I think that difference requires some serious explaining.
Or perhaps this is getting ready for another pump and dump, so that its all good whatever the company says.
