There were only two previous clinical trials you can read the results in their 10k. The immune response would be in diabetes because people with diabetes have their insulin producing cells attacked by their immune system so introducing cells that produce insulin causes an immune response so i am not sure why you would reference a PC trial. Having PC does not induce an immune response against cells that convert drugs.
